Serious pollution in Port harcourt - black thick particles hangs in the air

After actress Hilda Dokubo raised an alarm on her IG page and awakened the people to the unusual black substance all over Port Harcourt, many have realised hat it wasn't about them not cleaning up enough.
From local findings, the air pollution is as a result of incomplete combustion of carbon-containing substances (illegal refinery and bunkery activities) also known as 'kpofire'.
The government of Rivers state has sent out a press release asking the people to remain calm while it investigates the source and reason for such dangerous air pollution.
